VGI Terms & Conditions

Qualifications: This promotion is designed for guests who meet the minimum requirements of the respective participating resort(s) specified below. Guests must have two forms of ID including driver’s license and a major credit. If married, engaged, co-habitating, or traveling together, both spouses/partners must attend a 120-minute sales presentation together, about vacation ownership opportunities with the participating developer. If individuals must combine their incomes to meet the qualifications, they must show proof of living at the same address.  Villa accommodations are designed for 2 adults and no more than 4 children (maximum of 6 people). Hotel accommodations are designed for a maximum of 4 people.  All persons staying in the accommodations are required to attend the 120-minute sales presentation.  All requirements must be met. If guest(s) fail(s) to attend the presentation or do/does not meet the eligibility requirements, the guest(s) will be charged the full, seasonal retail price of the promotional package. Retail prices range between $310 – $660; depending upon season.

Rescheduling: No refunds; all sales are final.  Arrival dates may be rescheduled up to 72-hours prior to the scheduled arrival. A $50 fee will be applied to all reschedules. Also, if you do not show up for your scheduled arrival date without a minimum 72-hour , verifiable notice, you will be subject to a "No Show" fee of up to $150, based on the current room-night cost, to cover the cost of the unused room for the first night.

Restrictions and Limitations: Reservations and accommodations are subject to availability.   Multiple families or couples who know each other, traveling as a group and staying in separate accommodations under separate packages are not allowed to participate in this offer at the same time.  Only one (1) promotional package per person, couple, family or household may be booked for the same travel dates.  Employees of any participating developer are ineligible. Failure to comply with the rescheduling policy, attend the presentation or meet the qualifications will result in forfeiture of the package price and the benefits of the package. No pets, please. Offer cannot be combined with any other VGI or participating developer offer or stay and is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Written Confirmation: After booking a reservation and prior to arrival, guest will receive a written confirmation letter which reviews the Terms & Conditions of this promotional offer. Guest must sign and return a copy of the Terms & Conditions via FAX or mail to VGI prior to arrival and must provide a copy of the confirmation letter upon check-in at the participating Resort.

Wyndham Vacation Resorts Shawnee Village Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility Requirements:  Guest(s) must attend a 120-minute timeshare sales presentation on the benefits of vacation ownership with Wyndham Vacation Resorts Shawnee Village. 

This promotion is designed for two adults; married, engaged or co-habitating couples and their children, where at least one person is 28 years of age or older.  At least one person must be employed full time or retired and both adults must be U.S. residents.  Guests must have a minimum annual combined income of $70,000. 

Single people must be at least 28 years of age and have an individual annual income of $70,000.

Guest(s) must not have attended a Wyndham Vacation Resorts® sales presentation within the last 6 months.  Wyndham Vacation Resorts® employees are ineligible.  Photo ID and a major credit required upon check-in. This offer is valid only for residents of the following states: AK, CT, DC, DE, KS, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, RI, VA, WI, WY.

FERNWOOD RESORT Qualifications

Qualifications: You must meet certain financial qualifications and attend a two hour sales presentation in order to participate in this promotion. 

You must be at least 25 (twenty-five) years of age to qualify for this offer. Minimum financial qualifications: household income of $50,000 USD (the combined income of unmarried persons living together can be used to determine “household” income), creditworthy and possess a major credit or debit card. You must present personal identification such as a driver’s license at time of sales presentation so that, in the event of purchase, notary requirements can be met.                                             
You may not participate in this promotion if you have an open, incomplete package requiring attendance at a sales presentation, or have participated in a Fernwood Resort promotion requiring attendance at a sales presentation within the last twelve (12) months. You may not participate in this promotion if you are a Tree Tops or Fairway Villa owner. Employees of Fernwood Resort, Tree Tops or Fairway Villas resorts or their affiliates, are not eligible. If married, engaged or living together, couples must attend the sales presentation together; married persons may purchase separately. Offer valid one per family only. No groups are permitted.
